Ingredients: dry mix (wheat flour, white granulated sugar, table salt), baking soda.
Preparation method:
1. Pour the dough mixture into a deep container, mix and make a well in the middle.
2. Gradually add 300ml of warm water. Knead the dough and roll it into a ball. To prevent the dough from sticking to your hands, grease them with oil or water.
3. Cover with a towel or napkin and let stand for 20 minutes. Place the dough on a floured surface and knead with your hands.
4. Make small circles of dough 2-3mm thick, spread the filling and form dumplings or pelmeni
5. In a saucepan with salted boiling water, put the pelmeni or pelmeni and cook until cooked (approximately 8-10 minutes).
