Cooking process:

1. Put sugar, honey, butter in a deep container and put it in a "water bath".
2. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are completely dissolved.
3. Pour the finished mixture from a paper bag into a deep container, mix.
4. Gradually pour melted butter, honey and sugar and 150 ml of water into the dry mixture. Knead a soft dough. Wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for 20 minutes.
5. Put the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour. Divide the dough into 5 equal parts and roll each of them to a thickness of 3-4 mm. Choose the form of cakes as desired. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cakes on a sheet previously sprinkled with flour for 6-7 minutes. Grease the finished cakes with cream and leave.

Variants of cream:

1. Mix 0.5 l of sour cream and 100 g of powdered sugar carefully with a spoon
2. Beat 380 g of condensed milk and 200 g of butter with a mixer.
